We at Oulton Park are pleased to continually build on the excellent relationship we have with our local residents. As part of this programme all local residents have the opportunity to apply for residents' passes for each season. Every eligible household is entitled to have a pass for two family members, valid for all Oulton Park race meetings throughout the year.
Each pass requires the applicant's signature, witnessed by a member of Oulton Park personnel, so all residents must attend in person. Applicants should come to the Fogarty Moss Centre between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday only - we are unable to process applications during a weekend.

Due to event preparation, we will not be able to process applications received during the period of Saturday 23rd March through to Monday 1st April. All applications received in that time will be processed and issues from Tuesday 2nd April onwards.
This year we have introduced a new mechanism to determine eligibility for residents' passes. Applicants need to live in the specified area within 1 mile of the circuit. To check if you qualify for resident passes, log on to the website below and follow the instructions. Alternatively you can contact the circuit office on 01829 760301.
To apply for your pass you will need to attend in person and bring:
- two passport photographs of yourself
- a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months with your name on as proof of address
- passport or driving licence as identity
- a print out showing eligibility from freemaptools.com
